The crystal photographed is the one that will be sent, all photographs are taken to give a true representation of the crystal but differences in display screens may cause minor colour variations. Please keep this in mind.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase please contact us immediately. We will do everything to rectify any problems you may have with your purchase.

CHANGE OF MIND
In compliance with the NSW Office of Fair-Trading regulations on refunds, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind on a purchase.
All return postage is the sender’s responsibility and suitable packaging is required to ensure safe/intact delivery. The return of the item is required before reimbursement can take place.
